Which product identifiers should I check before ordering?

Compare the product category and name with your requirement sheet. For a GFP-150 request, check the exact model. Ask about any mismatch before ordering.

Send GRISH a list naming the lapping film, polishing powder and polishing slurry you need. Give the quantity for each item.

The published packaging list gives 50 pcs/box for lapping film; 500 ml, 1 L, 1 gallon and 5 L for slurry; 5 g, 10 g, 100 g, 3 kg and 5 kg for diamond compound; and 70, 100, 200 and 500 carats for diamond powder. Confirm the product-specific quantity and format in the quote.

The powder guide describes mixing diamond powder with suitable water or oil lubricant to prepare a slurry. Check the carrier and process requirements; that preparation step does not establish equivalence to a ready-formulated product.

Film fixes the abrasive in a backing; slurry carries free abrasive in liquid. Compare workpiece geometry, fluid handling and process stage. Film supports clean handling and controlled grade changes; the guide associates free-abrasive slurry with curved or irregular surfaces. Powder can be mixed with a suitable water or oil lubricant to prepare slurry, but this does not establish equivalence to a formulated product. Match the carrier, material and stage before ordering.

The guide places diamond slurry in hard-substrate removal and colloidal silica in silicon or softer-oxide final polishing. Match the wafer material and the required stage; a removal slurry and a final-polish slurry serve different jobs.
